Required Information
BluePearl requests that you bring all pertinent medical information when you bring your pet. This will ensure your pet does not experience repeated tests unnecessarily or receive medications that may interfere with treatments that your pet is already getting. We recommend bringing medications and vaccination history with you in the event of an emergency. This is one of the reasons that we utilize Petly for all of our patients – our Pet Parents can view their pet’s vaccination records from any mobile device. If your pet is not already signed up, please let us know at your next visit to SouthPaw Animal Clinic!
